We want to make sure your custom design looks just the way you want it. While every product offers Digital Preview and Proof options at checkout, this listing gives you an easy way to purchase additional design services after your order has already been placed.
This listing is for customers who originally selected a view-only Preview or no preview, as well as customers who have already used the revision rounds included with their original purchase.
Please note: A view-only Preview does not include design changes; revisions require a Proof.
Understanding Previews vs. Proofs
- Preview: Provides a view-only look at your finished layout before printing so you can double-check the layout and text placement. Previews do not include design adjustments or revisions.
- Proof: Includes hands-on design time and a set number of revision rounds, allowing our design team to make custom adjustments to your artwork.
Because an order's original selections cannot be changed after checkout, purchasing this item adds the Proof and Revision Rounds needed for our team to begin working on your requested updates.
What Counts as One Revision Round?
One revision round equals one complete set of changes submitted together in a single request. Please review your design carefully and send all desired updates at one time. Once our team applies those changes and sends your new proof, any additional change requests will require another revision round.
- Example: You select 1 Proof + 1 Revision Round → submit your complete list of desired changes → our design team updates your layout and sends your new proof. If you would like additional changes after reviewing that proof, another revision round must be purchased.
How You'll Receive and View Your Design
- Notification: Once your preview or proof is ready, you'll receive an email notification from our store with a link to view it.
- 48-Hour Window: Images are automatically removed from our system 48 hours after the link is sent.
- Expired Links: If your link expires before you've had a chance to review it, just reply to your order — we'll repost the image and send you a new link, active for another 48 hours.

We know how important it is to get every detail just right. To ensure you are happy with your final design, here is our promise to you:
- If your proof contains an error or typo made on our part, we will gladly correct it at no extra charge.
- Fixing our errors will never count against your purchased revision rounds.
