Custom Orders Are Final

Because we craft each order specifically for you, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged once design work, proofing, or production has begun.

Please take a moment to review all of your personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

Proofs & Approval

A proof lets you preview and approve your design before it prints. Proofs are an optional add-on and may be purchased before production begins.

• If a proof is not purchased, your order is printed exactly as submitted, using the wording, names, dates, colors, and other details you provide at checkout.
• If a proof is purchased, your order is produced exactly as shown once you approve it.

Each proof covers one review. If you would like changes after seeing your proof, an additional proof may be purchased so we can send an updated version. Requests that substantially change the original design may require a custom quote.

Either way, we are unable to take responsibility for customer-submitted or customer-approved details — such as spelling, grammar, punctuation, wording, dates, names, color choices, or layout selections — so please review everything carefully. If a mistake happens on our end, we will gladly correct it at no charge.

To keep your order on schedule, if payment for a requested change is not completed, we will produce the design exactly as shown in your most recent approved proof — or, if no proof was purchased, exactly as submitted.

Turn-Around Time

Your order will typically ship within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed — or, if a proof was purchased, after your final proof is approved — unless your product listing or order messages state otherwise.

What Is Included

We provide the custom printed items and/or digital designs described in each product listing. Candy bars, caramel popcorn, food items, props, display items, and other accessories are not included unless the product listing specifically says they are included.

Customer-Provided Content & Legal Disclaimer

By submitting custom content to us for your order (photos, images, logos, names, text, wording, or other materials), you confirm that you hold the legal rights or permission to use the provided materials, and you accept full responsibility for any use, reproduction, or distribution.

FoxFavors LLC and FavorHeaven LLC are not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes related to customer-provided or requested content. By submitting content, you grant FoxFavors LLC and FavorHeaven LLC a license to use it for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your order. You retain ownership of the materials you provide.

All design work, layouts, and artwork we create remain the property of FoxFavors LLC and FavorHeaven LLC. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain ethical business practices.

Copyright & Usage Rights

All of our designs, product images, listing images, mockups, layouts, templates, digital files, and custom design work are protected by copyright and other applicable rights. Created files and designs are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Commercial use, sharing, altering, uploading our designs to other platforms, redistributing, or resale is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

Color, Screen & Print Differences

Colors may appear differently from screen to screen and may print differently depending on material, printer, monitor settings, lighting, and production method. Slight variations in color, alignment, trimming, sizing, and material appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
